Our FCR team is led by a group of qualified scientists who are dedicated to providing technical assistance. Not only do they handle enquiries about food and nutrition from our staff and customers, they also prepare materials such as PowerPoint Presentations and write-ups as per requests. In addition to that, they are available for assisting with regulatory support on food and nutrition, as well as customs tariff.
ii. Food Concept Development (FCD)
Our Creative Communications & Design team (CCD) joins forces with our Food Science Communications & Research team (FCR) in the development of innovative Food Concepts, which are aimed to revolutionize the way we eat and the way food is perceived.
iii. Research & Trend Studies (RTS)
In order to keep ourselves abreast of the fast-moving food industry, we ensure to provide our staff and customers with constant updates on the latest food trends and fads through various studies. We also gauge the responses given by the overall market to such delectable changes in the industry.
